The Mark Stays | Interconnected Queen Rooms

Very disappointed with our experience staying at the Mark Hotel, expensive and not worth the Fee. Positive: Close to proximity of our destination. Were allowed to enter accommodation 0ne hour earlier, this was appreciated. Negative: Did not receive information of how to enter as per email 24 hrs notice. Received nil codes information to enter rooms and bathrooms. With support from Hotel staff we still did not receive code to join the two rooms together. Stained linen, no tissues or paper towels provided and insufficient toilet paper. Paid for family of 4 but only two stools available. Insufficient cutlery and utensils for four. Window could not be opened and we experienced obvious lack of fresh air. We stayed for two nights without any cleaning staff entering or approaching us to inquire if we had any issues or needs. Although we were able to approach the Hotel Bar staff and request assistance (this was appreciated) we clearly did not feel welcomed. We entered and exited the accommodation without any contact or interaction with Accommodation staff.
