Very happy with the stay and will come again when next visiting Newcastle. Positive: Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean, comfortable had an ensuite. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Negative: N/A

Positive: There was a problem with the fridge in the room, had been accidentally turned off and left shut resulting a unclean inside. The team promptly swapped out the fridge with another working cleaner unit. Negative: Limited beer selection on tap. The meal was of below avg. The steak was thinly cut to be fast cooked. There was little to no caramelising to meat and lacked meaty flavour. Salad was nice.

Pleasant, good value for money Positive: Nice renovations and great price Negative: Pillows very soft. A firmer option would have been great.

Overall a really great spot for an overnight stay Positive: Great price, great location and pretty easy check in and out Negative: The toilet was leaking had to clean the toilet water off the floor a few times

Lovely staff, convenient location, surprisingly quiet. Positive: The staff were lovely in accommodating us, the room was newly renovated, clean, modern and comfortable. Negative: Not a big issue, but there are stairs to contend with if you have a lot of luggage.
