Positive: location, especially joined to the pub, great access to breakfast choices and the park is lovely bomus

Good I would use the accommodation again.
Positive: Bed was comfortable.
It was quiet except being able to hear hot water system running when other rooms were using facilities.
Negative: No hand towel or face washer. To use at sink
