Apartment was as described but booking confirmation process and inadequate parking instructions detr Positive: Not applicable Negative: 1. Booking confirmation process was unnecessarily officious, requiring provision of photo ID to a previously unknown and undisclosed third party (Truvi) and payment in advance to that entity of a damage "waiver" of $50 which was non-refundable (even in the case of no damage) or a $900 security deposit which was said to be refundable in the event of no damage. 2. Parking instructions were incomplete in that better information should be given about how to access the car park entrance, which can only be approached from one direction due to a median strip, and the location of the designated parking space should be better described as they are numbered randomly.

Stunning property with all amentities, amazing restaurants and pool. Plenty of space for our family, simple check in/out process and great communication from the host.
