2BDR Luxury Apartment | Panoramic Water Views

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Superhostly Pty Ltd and would not recommend them based on our recent three-night stay.We booked accommodation for 5 people, yet the property was not properly prepared for five guests. There were only two beds and four towels, and we had to repeatedly contact the management company to request basic items, including additional towels and bedding. We were instructed to collect the keys from a newsagency in Gosford, only to arrive and find that it was closed. - We were apparently sent emails containing access instructions, but we never received them, leaving us unsure how to access the property. - We were given incorrect information about the car park, being told it was on Level 2 when it was actually on Level 3, resulting in unnecessary driving around trying to locate it. - Despite booking for five people, there were insufficient sleeping arrangements. - There were only four towels for five guests. - We repeatedly contacted management requesting additional towels, including towels for the pool, and additional bedding. These basic requests were not handled promptly. - Most concerningly, while following instructions from management to have my wife meet the cleaning staff at the Level 2 lift, my wife became trapped inside the lift for approximately 20 minutes. We would strongly encourage Superhostly Pty Ltd to review how they manage guest communication, property preparation and safety issues.

Apartment was as described but booking confirmation process and inadequate parking instructions detr Positive: Not applicable Negative: 1. Booking confirmation process was unnecessarily officious, requiring provision of photo ID to a previously unknown and undisclosed third party (Truvi) and payment in advance to that entity of a damage "waiver" of $50 which was non-refundable (even in the case of no damage) or a $900 security deposit which was said to be refundable in the event of no damage. 2. Parking instructions were incomplete in that better information should be given about how to access the car park entrance, which can only be approached from one direction due to a median strip, and the location of the designated parking space should be better described as they are numbered randomly.
