Negative: No milk- for tea and coffee, 1 set of keys for 5 adults disappointing, unable to provide extra set when asked, found black hairs in bed

Cozy stay in a great location
Positive: Loved the location—close to everything, with a short walk to Darling Harbour and the Fish Market
Negative: The staircase is narrow and may be difficult for individuals with limited mobility. Not recommended for very young children or elderly guests

Enjoyable and comfortable.
Positive: It was an excellent location for exploring without being right in the middle of the city. It was super clean and comfortable for my family and I to stay.
Negative: Perhaps a compendium (either physical or digital) to tell us the nuances of the building e.g. where to put the rubbish as we couldn't find the red or yellow bins.
