Positive: Great location and pool facilities
Negative: We had issues getting in, the person on the phone was not very prompt with helping us.
One of the beds had sand in the sheets and another bed and hair and dead insects on the pillow.
The main ensuit light did not work in the bathroom, had to shower in the darkness at night time.

Negative: Inside property spotless, lovely. Vehrandas, courtyards and backyard pretty poor.
