Great view etc - but so many things need attention. Positive: We liked the location, the view and how spacious it was in the apartment. Negative: We didn't like the verification process. This was not explained anywhere in the property description or details at time of booking. You basically have to pay either an additional $18 or $50 to verify yourself. I'd made the offer to send details via email to avoid this cost which was declined. There was only shampoo, no body soap, soap bars in either bathrooms. There was only a little smidgen of hand soap available. The drain in the main shower had a bad odour. The recliners are damaged (you sat on an angle as a result). The pillows on the bed and spare pillows are stained. There was only one blanket available. We had to buy additional blankets to keep warm. And we'd actually booked this place with 2 bedrooms in case a friend needed to stay over during their visit. It's lucky they didn't as there were no blankets in the spare room anyway. The bed wasn't very comfy. Checking in time is later than every other place I've stayed in (being 3pm at the earliest time). Due to being in a large residential/hotel building, the elevators seem to always take forever. Even the cleaners mentioned how frustrating the wait time for the elevators are. One of the guests said they'd been waiting 15mins for an elevator. A couple of times, we gave up waiting and walked down 17 levels to get to ground floor. Because of this, we decided to leave the apartment early for fear of peak hour (if everyone else had to check out at 10am also). There was WiFi, however it said "no internet". The air con only had cooling or fan functions available. No heating option. In the "welcoming folder", the threat of $1,000 if you lose your room key or for a late call out was a bit excessive and not so welcoming.

We had a great 2 night stay, our 3rd stay in the Hilton building and this unit was our favourite Positive: Great location, easy check in and parking. Great communication.

10 out of 10. Clean and tidy with an absolutely stunning sea view. Everything is close by, and there’s a secure car park Positive: The property was clean, and very well maintained. The sea view is absolutely breathtaking and something you never get tired of — photos don’t do it justice. The location is perfect, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within easy walking distance. Having a secure car park was a big bonus and made the stay even more comfortable.
